We’re looking for a warm, dedicated, and enthusiastic Behaviour Support Assistant to join our team and help make a real difference in the lives of our students. In this role, you’ll be supporting students both in the classroom and in smaller groups, as well as providing 1:1 assistance. With your skills in behaviour management, you’ll help students gain confidence, help them emotionally regulate, and engage with their learning in positive ways. Many of our students have Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) and may have Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, or conditions like Autism or ADHD.
