HR Specialist
Mon-Fri 37.5 hours per week
Location: Bradford
What will you be doing?
* Be the first point of contact for managers on day to day employee relations and performance management queries
* Prepare essential HR administration including disciplinary invites, outcomes, absence reviews, terminations, severance letters, and TUPE documentation
* Support the HR Team and Senior HR Managers with initiatives aimed at enhancing the employee experience
* Identify and recommend improvements to HR policies and procedures
* Deliver training and development support for people managers across HR topics, including Inductions, Disciplinaries, Investigations, and more
* Provide assistance to Senior Managers on ad hoc priorities
About You
* Previous experience in an HR Admin or HR Advisor role
* Strong understanding of HR best practices and current regulations
* Sound judgement, analytical thinking, and problem solving abilities
* Customer focused approach with professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion
* Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and handle a varied workload
* Proficiency with the MS Office Suite
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
