Teaching and Learning Assistant
Location: Stoke-on-Trent
Part-Time | 28 hours/week | Term Time Only

We're working in partnership with a Mainstream Primary School to find a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching and Learning Assistant who is ready to make a meaningful impact in a nurturing, community-focused school.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Working closely with an experienced class teacher and the wider support team
- Supporting pupils one a 1-2-1 basis and in small intervention groups to boost engagement and progress
- Contributing to a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom environment
- Promoting strong pupil wellbeing, behaviour, and social development
- Supporting children's educational journeys with care, patience, and passion
