We’re Hiring: Appointment Setter (Medical Sales)
Park Square Clinic is a medically-led aesthetic clinic specialising in advanced non-surgical skin and body treatments. As we continue to scale, we are looking for a confident, resilient, and results-driven Appointment Setter to support clinic growth by booking high-quality consultations.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in cold calling, private healthcare sales, or aesthetic treatment sales who understands how to build trust quickly and convert interest into committed bookings.
The Role
You will be responsible for generating and securing consultation appointments by:
• Calling warm and cold leads from marketing campaigns and databases
• Re-engaging previous enquiries and inactive patients
• Qualifying potential patients before booking
• Handling objections professionally and confidently
• Educating prospects on our treatment offerings
• Booking consultations directly into the clinic diary
• Working closely with the Patient Coordinator and clinical team
• Meeting weekly and monthly booking targets
Essential Requirements
✔ Proven experience in cold calling and outbound sales
✔ Background in medical sales, private healthcare, or aesthetic clinics
✔ Comfortable discussing treatment pricing and investment
✔ Strong objection-handling and closing ability
✔ Resilient, target-driven mindset
✔ Clear, confident telephone manner
✔ CRM experience preferred
Desirable (But Not Essential)
• Understanding of aesthetic treatments (injectables, laser, skin devices, body contouring)
• Experience booking high-value consultations (£1,000+ treatment plans)
• Experience in finance option discussions
