We are currently recruiting reliable and experienced Class 1 HGV Drivers to join our busy team based in Bellshill. This is a fantastic opportunity for drivers seeking regular work operating predominantly trunk routes, with shifts available 7 days a week covering both day and night shifts.
Location: Bellshill Shift Pattern: 7 days a week Days and Night shifts available Type of Work: Predominantly trunk driving routes
Pay Rates:
Day Rate: £18 per hour (£34 paid on 6th consecutive shift)
Night Rate: £22 per hour (£36 paid on 6th consecutive shift)
Requirements:
Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence
New licence passes accepted
No more than 6 penalty points on licence
CPC qualification and Digital Tachograph card
Experience with trunk driving preferred but not essential
Reliable, punctual, and professional approach
Key Responsibilities:
Operating Class 1 vehicles predominantly on trunk routes
Completing delivery and collection paperwork accurately
Carrying out vehicle checks and reporting any defects
Ensuring compliance with driving hours and safety regulations
Providing excellent service and professionalism on the road
