Overview

What You Will Do

* Efficient data input and management
* Uploading files to the Birdie portal
* Assisting the wider team with gathering and collating information
* Answering phone calls and adding notes to our system
* Completing alerts on the Birdie platform to keep operations running smoothly
* Performing additional duties to support the success of the branch

Qualifications

* Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a care setting or similar environment.
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
* Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks efficiently.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Willingness to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and support your colleagues.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
* Willingness to undergo necessary background checks.
