As a Customer Team Member, you’ll be part of a friendly team dedicated to helping our customers. Your responsibilities include providing excellent service at the tills and on the shop floor, re-stocking shelves, and cleaning spillages. What you'll do
1. Provide friendly and thoughtful service, responding to queries, promoting Co-op products and Membership, and ensuring a great shopping experience.
2. Support your colleagues to solve problems and make everyone's day better.
3. Maintain store safety and legality by stocking shelves, checking prices, dates, and temperatures.
4. Assist in introducing new products and services, sharing experiences with colleagues.
5. Get involved in community activities and events.
