What You'll Be Doing:
6. Leading by example on the floor, you’re the face of the restaurant, setting the tone and making guests feel at home
7. Creating a great team vibe, recruiting, training, and motivating a passionate bunch of hospitality pros
8. Working closely with the Executive Chef to make service seamless and smooth
9. Keeping an eye on the numbers and helping the F&B Manager hit targets without compromising the experience

You’ll Thrive in This Role If You Are:
11. A natural host, confident, warm, and quick to make people smile
12. Experienced in running a busy restaurant or hotel F&B outlet (ideally 4- or 5-star)
