Description:
Scope of role
* Discharge of planning conditions: Drive and oversee discharge of planning conditions with relevant Local Planning Authorities, coordinating stakeholders, tracking progress, and ensuring timely resolution.
o This should utilise and build upon the consent condition tracker that has been set up in ACC
* Planning variations: Monitor and manage variations/amendments to existing permissions, maintaining clear visibility of status, risks, and key deadlines.
o This role will not be the decision maker but instead collate the information required to enable well informed and timely decisions to be made in a structured and consistent manner by Project Teams and where necessary escalated to ATLAS or PDSC
* Additional planning applications: Track applications submitted by third parties acting on our behalf (particularly Principal Contractors) to ensure alignment, compliance, and appropriate governance oversight.
o This will include ensuring there is clear feedback loop to the strategic stakeholder engagement plan
