We are seeking to appoint a Catering Assistant with excellent customer service skills to assist our busy and thriving Catering department.
The successful candidate will be able to :
* assist with food preparation and the service of all meals
* assist in the preparation of the dining room and kitchen ready for service
* ensure the kitchen and dining room are cleaned and maintained to a high standard during and after service
* comply with Statutory Regulations pertaining to the safe and hygienic operation of the kitchen as directed by the Head Chef or Front of House Manager.
Hours of work : 27.5 hours per week, working five over seven days from 9.30am to 3.00pm, term time only (including INSET and 3 days)
