We are looking for a Sales Operations Coordinator Nordics. Reporting to the Sales Operations Manager, as an Internal Sales Coordinator for Nordics you will focus predominantly on maintaining existing customer and sales reps relationships and developing new process to improve sales processes in the Nordics countries, through building knowledge and understanding of the market, our products, business operation and CRM systems
Duties / Responsibilities / Accountabilities
Your duties will include:
1. Handling Requests for Quotes, and customer service queries in a professional, timely and knowledgeable manner;
2. Managing Samples flow for reps in Nordics;
3. Maintaining customer contacts and relevant insights on the CRM system;
4. Helping to grow sales and improve lead conversion in the Nordics market;
5. Supporting the wider operational service team, marketing and Finance when requested
6. Compiling of presentations and customer information packs;
7. Processing of quotations, following up with customers as appropriate and support the Customer Service team when it is needed;
8. Contributing to the company data reporting system, such as Tableau and SFA;
9. Health & Safety Awareness;
10. Assisting Sales department at events, exhibitions etc.;
11. Sales Reps Training on new tool and processes;
12. Coordination between Operations and Sales on invoice and credit creation.
Key Skills & Ideal Experience Required
We are looking for a self-assured, confident communicator, resilient, and process driven, who has the following skills:
13. Experience within a similar role for at least 2 years;
14. Experience using a CRM system;
15. Experience gained within an internal sales development role within logistic, customer service or commercial role;
16. Strong IT skills & Computer illiterate;
17. Ability to deliver excellent customer service and stock management knowledge;
18. Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to think systematically;
19. Microsoft office knowledge (Word/Excel).
