Head of Aftersales – Jaguar Land Rover (field based)
This is a regional role and could be based anywhere within our Jaguar Land Rover network throughout the UK.

Reporting to the Aftersales Director, you will be responsible for the growth and development of the Aftersales operation. You should have extensive experience in Aftersales, either working in a multi-site environment or a single site, with excellent communication, organisational, leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service.

What you’ll do day to day
* Focus on the growth and development of Aftersales for Group 1 UK, specifically the franchise division(s)
* Ensure all Aftersales departments provide the best customer experiences in line with OEM and group standards
* Support stores in the franchise network to achieve financial budgets, improve key Aftersales functions, and meet customer experience expectations
* Work with stores to ensure high customer experience scores across OEM, Google, and online reviews
* Support business partnerships with OEMs
* Manage and execute all key aftersales functions in collaboration with stores and under the guidance of the Aftersales Director
* Ensure teams understand and implement a customer-focused environment
* Lead performance reviews and coaching to develop team performance in line with OEM and group expectations
* Support, train, and coach teams on process, customer journey, system use, and customer contact standards

* Previous experience in the automotive industry
* Applications welcomed from existing General Managers / Heads of Business with an Aftersales background
* Multi-site experience within automotive retail or extensive aftersales experience
* Able to influence, motivate, and manage teams effectively
* Methodical and logical approach to workloads
* Ability to meet deadlines and prioritise tasks
