Role overview:
Your purpose will be to engage with members to ensure they receive a world-class member experience on every visit to JD Gyms. This includes upholding the highest standards of cleanliness, interacting with members on the gym floor, leading gym inductions, and teaching engaging group exercise classes.
Responsibilities:
* Place member experience at the heart of everything you do by constantly engaging with members on the gym floor.
* Deliver welcoming and engaging prospective member tours in line with JD Gyms brand standards.
* Deliver engaging group exercise classes.
* Deliver engaging and informative member inductions.
* Support prospective members with joining JD Gyms as required.
* Conduct club standards checks across the club, ensuring results are recorded accurately and in line with JD Gyms record-keeping procedures.
* Provide ad hoc support to members as required or observed.
* Maintain club cleanliness standards to the highest level as set out by the Gym Management and Operations team.
* Maintain excellent brand standards at all times, ensuring the club is safe and compliant with all health and safety action points.
* Monitor service delivery through performance and member feedback.
* Operate in a safe and legal manner at all times while working for JD Gyms.
* Manage and consider energy, environmental issues, and waste management.
* Analyze and present key data to support new ideas, initiatives, or proposed developments.
