Hays are currently working with a busy and fast-paced organisation in Sheffield to recruit an Office Assistant on a temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an immediately available candidate seeking short-term work over the next couple of months.
Supporting the Office Manager, the successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office during a particularly busy period.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Data entry and maintaining accurate records
2. Management and organisation of documents
3. General administrative support to the Office Manager
4. Reception duties including meeting and greeting visitors
5. Handling iing calls and emails
6. Supporting health & safety administration
7. Assisting with ad hoc office tasks as required
About You:
8. Immediately available for temporary work over the next 2–3 months
9. Previous administrative or office support experience
10. Strong organisational andmunication skills
11. Confident using Microsoft Office systems
12. Able to work efficiently in a busy environment
