The Role: Take full ownership of sourcing projects from start to finish Engage and influence senior stakeholders across the UK and Europe Shape supplier strategies and negotiate commercial agreements Lead contract management and supplier onboarding Identify and implement cost savings, revenue share, and operational efficiencies Support the rollout of Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) and ESG initiatives Collaborate across European teams to leverage group-wide procurement opportunities What You’ll Need: Strong procurement experience in Real Estate, Facilities Management, or Hospitality Expertise in sourcing Hard & Soft FM services, Capital Project s, and Indirects Confidence in managing end-to-end tendering and contract negotiation A collaborative approach with a proven ability to build trust across the business Ideally, experience in a European or global procurement environment Get in touch to learn more or apply directly.
