Requirements
* Great communication skills and build rapport with internal depts and management.
* Ability to use various computer programmes – EXCEL, WORD, OUTLOOK essential.
* Exceptional organisation and time management skills
* Previous experience dealing with administration within an Automotive environment
Role and Responsibilities
* Responsible for administration function within vehicle preparation facility and ensure that all work is processed in a timely manner.
• First point of contact for queries from the team, Managers and Departments connected to the Workshop Facility.
• Control all aspects of the administration for a busy Automotive Workshop.
* Manage all tasks in a timely manner – the ability to prioritise tasks is essential.
* Providing general administrative support to the Logistics and Operations team.
• Be company focused - develop rapport and maintain excellent relations with all departments and team members
• Demonstrate a keen willingness to learn and adapt to a busy environment.
