Role Description
This role is responsible for preparing and reviewing documentation in accordance with bank policies and procedures to facilitate closings with the client. Key responsibilities include working on routine to more complex documentation as assigned, interfacing and working with company vendors, legal counsel, line partners, and clients to ensure world‑class documentation accuracy.
Responsibilities
* Ensure all loan documentation complies with bank policies and procedures, delivering accurate and timely work products.
* Conduct thorough reviews of documentation, perform due diligence, ensure collateral perfection, and monitor loan documentation for a designated market segment.
* Validate documents for accuracy, timeliness, and completeness, ensuring transactional details are correct and minimizing controllable rework.
* Review loan approvals and legal documents prepared by counsel to confirm consistency and adherence to regulatory and internal requirements.
* Develop and maintain a robust filing and organizational system to support accurate and timely financial booking.
* Collaborate closely with Client Managers, Credit and Portfolio Officers, Agency Management, internal and external legal counsel, and operational support teams to ensure seamless transaction execution.

* Ability to act as a point of escalation and take ownership of responsibilities with professionalism and accountability.
