Data & Reporting Analyst | 12-Month FTC
A leading organisation is seeking an experienced Data & Reporting Analyst to support a significant HR systems transformation programme on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Reporting to the Data Lead, you'll play a critical role in preparing HR data for migration into a new Workday environment. This position will focus on assessing, cleansing, validating and enhancing existing HR data while working closely with HR, Data and Technology stakeholders. We're looking for someone with deep expertise in SAP ECC and a strong understanding of HR data, reporting and system migration activities
Key responsibilities include
* Acting as the SAP ECC HR data subject matter expert.
* Analysing and improving the quality of existing HR data.
* Supporting data migration and transformation activities into Workday.
* Producing meaningful reporting and data insights.
* Working collaboratively with project teams and business stakeholders.
* Ensuring data accuracy, consistency and governance throughout the programme.
We're looking for candidates who have
* Proven experience working with SAP ECC in an HR environment (essential)
* Strong HR data analysis and reporting expertise
* Experience supporting HRIS implementations or large-scale system migrations
* Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* The ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
