WPS is excited to offer an excellent opportunity for an internal team member to step into the role of FM Supervisor, leading a skilled team of engineers to deliver exceptional and sustainable hard services and M&E maintenance for our prestigious client.

About the Role
As an FM Supervisor, you’ll take ownership of delivering high-quality facilities management services, ensuring customer satisfaction remains at the heart of everything we do. You’ll manage multiple priorities with confidence, resolve day-to-day maintenance issues, and provide hands-on support when required.
Holding certifications such as IOSH, NEBOSH, or equivalent health and safety qualifications will give you a strong advantage.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing subcontractors and suppliers effectively.
* Preparing accurate quotations for additional works.
* Responding promptly to reactive maintenance requests.
* Maintaining compliance and high standards across all operations.
Your organisational skills, flexibility, and ability to build strong client relationships will be critical to your success.
