Join our team at Cornish Meadows Holiday Park, our peaceful location in beautiful Cornwall. As a Grounds & Maintenance Team Member, you'll carry out general repairs, ensure our facilities and holiday homes are kept in top condition for our guests and owners, and help maintain the park's beautiful surroundings.

What will you do?
* Traditional trades work, including plumbing, minor electrics and woodworking
* Holiday home/lodge repairs and general park maintenance
* Assisting in the moving and siting of holiday homes
* Maintain and repair all fencing, trellis work, walls and signage, etc
* Respond promptly to reported guest maintenance requests
* Check and maintain the park's public areas such as roadways, paths, bins and bin bays ensuring they are clean and free from litter
* Completing daily site walks and having active guest interaction, as well as undertaking aftersales checks and repairs as required
* Working collaboratively across the whole park team
The role will also involve some ground works including, the planting, pruning and maintenance of plants, hedges, shrubs and trees to seasonal schedules, watering of hanging baskets, hayracks and summer bedding and any other landscaping activities.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who mainly has experience in carrying maintenance tasks to a high standard, with some grounds experience desired. You may have planned and delivered annual routine maintenance tasks as well as general gardening tasks. You will enjoy interacting with guests and working in a customer-service environment. Most importantly you will be self-motivated and have experience of working in a team to support your colleagues to deliver. Plumbing experience would be advantageous.
