You’ll be supported as you transition from senior therapist to leader, gaining hands-on experience managing a team, driving revenue, and influencing the success of the spa. The Role You’ll lead from the front, combining hands-on treatment work with team leadership and commercial responsibility. You will: Support, motivate, and develop a team of therapists to deliver outstanding service Spend around 50% of your time delivering treatment, keeping your passion at the core Learn how to drive revenue through repeat business, retail, and upselling Take ownership of the spa’s performance and customer experience Work closely with the wider leisure centre management team About You This role is perfect for someone ready to step up and grow into management.
