Position: Cleaning Supervisor
Location: IKEA Norwich
Hours: 08:00 - 14:00
Days: Weekdays & Weekends (Thursday OFF)
Are you an organised, hands-on leader who takes pride in creating a spotless and welcoming environment? Daniel Owen work Agency are looking looking for a dedicated Cleaning Supervisor to join the team at IKEA Norwich.
What You'll Do:
1. Supervise and support a team of cleaners to ensure high standards are maintained throughout the store
2. Manage daily schedules, duties, and shift coverage
3. Carry out regular inspections and respond to any cleaning issues quickly and efficiently
4. Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment
5. Ensure all health & safety procedures are followed
What We're Looking For:
6. Previous cleaning experience, ideally in a supervisory role
7. Strong attention to detail and great organisational skills
8. Ability to lead and motivate a team
9. Reliable, punctual, and approachable
10. Flexible to work weekends, with Thursdays off
