We’re searching for a Stoke-on-Trent-based Field Marketing Manager to join our Growth Marketing team, so that we can drive targeted campaigns that support sales and generate pipeline across the UK and Ireland. The Field Marketing Manager will lead integrated campaigns and event strategies to support customer acquisition, cross-sell, upsell, and engagement.



How You’ll Spend Your Time

1.
* Deliver integrated campaigns across digital and events to generate pipeline and support sales goals
* Collaborate with sales to ensure campaigns meet their needs and drive measurable outcomes
* Manage budgets and campaign pacing to maximise ROI across growth activities
* Optimise the marketing funnel by identifying friction points and improving conversion
* Implement account-based marketing and lifecycle tactics to increase engagement and customer value



What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having

* 3+ years’ experience in growth, demand or campaign marketing roles
* Proven success in running acquisition, cross-sell, upsell and retention campaigns
* Ideally, experience in the health and care sector
* Analytical mindset with fluency in metrics, attribution, and optimisation
* Ability to commute to Stoke-on-Trent twice a month and attend events when required across the UK
* Genuine interest in improving health and care through innovative marketing
* A knack for working collaboratively with sales and cross-functional teams

About the Role

Do you thrive on delivering integrated marketing and working alongside sales to make sure the campaigns drive demand? Are you comfortable creating campaign messages and developing integrated tactics across events and digital to help engage targets and develop pipeline?

We are looking for a Field Marketing Manager who thrives on delivering marketing outcomes, not just marketing campaigns. You’ll be purpose driven and care about our mission to raise the standard of care across the markets we serve in UK and Ireland. We are a fast moving and ambitious team, market leaders in our field and steeped in the markets we serve, but don’t let the strength of our large customer base fool you, we are all about doing more and all about making things happen. You’ll be the link between marketing and sales bringing campaigns to life, driving customer acquisition, cross selling, up selling and customer engagement.

You will love data, and use it to not only drive impact but also help sales see opportunity and value. Creative and innovative, you act fast but also play the long game, planning and delivering targeted multi-channel activity that nurtures your targets so they build confidence to say yes.

What You’ll Do

* Bring the Growth Engine to life
o Build and deliver integrated campaigns that deliver pipeline with the target organisations and people
o Connect the dots between sales and marketing ensuring that campaigns meet the needs of sales teams
o Manage budgets, pacing, and ROI across all growth activities.
* Creative and Data Driven Campaign Marketeer
o Build pipeline through integrated activity, from digital to events. You will be unafraid to launch quick tests, analyse outcomes, and double down on what works
o Maintain dashboards and reporting so everyone knows what’s moving the needle. Use these to help decision making from annual planning to daily operational delivery
* Optimise the Funnel
o Partner with solution marketing, product and sales to identify friction points and improve conversion
o Implement lifecycle marketing tactics to increase engagement, repeat use, and lifetime value
o Use segmentation and personalisation to deliver targeted campaigns that resonate, including laser focused account based marketing elegantly executed alongside sales and field marketing

What You Bring

* 3+ years in growth, demand or campaign marketing roles.
* Experience running high-velocity acquisition, cross sell, upsell and retention campaigns.
* Ideally experience delivering into the health and care sector in the UK and Ireland
* Analytical mindset. Fluent in metrics, attribution, and optimisation.
* Embrace tech, including AI, to expediate creation and delivery and ensure better results
* Comfort balancing planning with rolling up your sleeves to get campaigns out the door.
