This role is open to Newly Qualified Social Workers (NQSW). The starting salary is £34,902 per annum, rising to £37,185 upon successful completion of the ASYE programme.

About the Teams
North Essex includes offices in Colchester and Clacton, serving diverse rural, coastal, and urban communities. Our teams work closely with local partners, including NHS agencies, on various projects. About You
If you share our vision, enjoy engaging with people, and are a registered Social Worker with Social Work England, we want to hear from you! You should understand statutory responsibilities and be committed to person-centered practice. Experience in chairing meetings and developing relationships with partner agencies is desirable. A driving license and access to a vehicle are essential, as role involves travel across Essex.
