As a Customer Service Representative, you are a key member of the team and represent Glass Doctor on support calls. You are responsible for proactively handling service requests and customer complaints. Exemplifying our code of values, you show respect and courtesy to all customers and employees.
This position is for you if you are self-motivated, energetic, and results oriented with a high level of work intensity and a bias for action. You are driven to provide the highest level of customer service and satisfaction and able to effectively manage a variety of situations on a day day-to-day basis.
Specific Responsibilities:
* Receive incoming calls in professional and courteous manner
* Quote and sell auto glass
* Schedule Auto, Home and Business appointments for on-site estimates and installations.
* Follow-up with all incoming service requests utilizing our system
* Complete work orders, return customer calls, and respond to customer complaints
* Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions
Job Requirements:
* Prior experience in the auto and/or flat glass industry is a plus
* Computer literate, with working knowledge of word processing, business software and spreadsheet applications
* Proficiency to navigate tablet-based technology
* Excellent communication skills
* Sales skills
* Good organizational and time management skills
* Professional appearance and personality
