The Role

The Sales & Events Coordinator role at Scotsman Group Sales Hub involves managing and coordinating event bookings, sales inquiries, and client relationships across the group's venues. Key responsibilities include handling inquiries, planning events, creating tailored packages, and ensuring a smooth customer experience from initial contact to event execution. The role requires strong communication, organisational, and multitasking skills, as well as attention to detail. It often involves collaborating with internal teams like operations and marketing to meet sales targets and ensure events run successfully.

As Sales & Events Coordinator, Your Role Will Include

* Coordinate and execute show rounds
* Create and deliver proposals for clients within budget and time frames
* Administer function agreements and deposit contracts
* Be the primary point of contact for clients throughout the enquiry, conversion, and event process
* Coordinate with the wider sales team to deliver excellent customer service and a seamless experience
* Share reservation information with the team prior to service
* Achieve pre-booked sales targets while delivering first-class service
* Work closely with the Area Sales Coordinator to coordinate sales activities
* Identify and communicate potential leads and opportunities to the Area Sales Coordinator
* Maintain good working relationships within the Sales Team
* Comply with all statutory, legal, and company policies and procedures with integrity
* Adhere to company policies, procedures, and systems within the scope of the role

The Person

The ideal candidate will have:

* Numerical and analytical skills
* Influencing skills
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Microsoft Office
* Confidence using the internet and web-based tools
