About the Role:
As a QTS Primary Teacher, you will play a vital role in maintaining high-quality learning experiences for pupils following all teacher standards. You'll have the opportunity to teach across different year groups, delivering engaging lessons and ensuring a positive learning environment.
Responsibilities
* Delivering lessons that align with the curriculum
* Adapting lessons to suit pupils\' needs and learning styles
* Managing classroom behaviour effectively, fostering a safe and inclusive environment
* Providing constructive feedback and assessing pupil progress
* Supporting children with SEND or additional needs where required
* Collaborating with school staff to ensure continuity of learning
* Engaging pupils in exciting and interactive lessons
* Safeguarding children and ensuring their welfare remains a priority
Desirable Attributes
* Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience working across Primary year groups
* Strong classroom management skills
* Ability to differentiate lessons to support all learners
* Enthusiastic and committed to providing high-quality education
* Understanding of SEND and supporting pupils with additional needs
* Highly organised, with excellent communication skills
