Your newpanyOur client is a manufacturer with partnerships across the globe. They are looking for a Part-Time Accounts Assistant to start immediately on a 3-month temporary contract with the idea to go permanent.
Your new roleAs the Accounts Assistant you will support the Finance Manager alongside;
1. Purchase Ledger including supplier account setup
2. Sales Ledger including daily invoicing / credit note processing
3. Daily banking
4. Processing of employee expense claims
What you’ll need to succeed
5. Previous experience as a accounts assistant
6. Experience working with Microsoft 365
7. Experience with Sage (Essential)
8. Ability to work independent and in team environment
9. Strong excel skills
