We’re looking for a Graduate Bid Coordinator to support the preparation and coordination of high-quality tender submissions. Based at our head office, you’ll work closely with the Bid Manager and technical teams across the business, with hybrid flexibility once established in the role. Our bid team plays a vital role in securing this work — bringing structure, coordination and clarity to the proposal process while working closely with engineers, project managers and subject matter experts. What You’ll Do As a Graduate Bid Coordinator, you will support the organisation, coordination and delivery of bid submissions, including: * Coordinating bid activities, timelines and submission requirements to ensure deadlines are met * Supporting the preparation of structured, high-quality tender responses * Interpreting tender documentation and helping organise responses in line with client requirements * Working closely with the Bid Manager and technical teams to gather required information * Assisting with writing, editing and formatting proposal content, case studies and supporting documents * Coordinating documentation for submissions, including PQQs and supporting materials * Ensuring submissions are compliant, complete and professionally presented * Maintaining and updating bid libraries, templates and company information * Supporting communication between stakeholders, contributors and reviewers throughout the bid process * Assisting with continuous improvement of bid processes and tools What You’ll Gain Starting your career at Morson Praxis will give you valuable exposure to how major engineering and infrastructure projects are secured.
