What You'll Receive
* £45,000–£52,000 annual salary (experience dependent)
* Regular overtime plus performance-related bonuses

The Role
You'll be part of a busy independent workshop carrying out diagnostics, servicing, and repairs across German vehicles and all other makes. Using dealer-level tooling and advanced diagnostic systems, you'll deliver high-quality work in line with manufacturer and industry standards.
Key duties include:
* Carrying out servicing, repairs, diagnostics, and maintenance
* Using advanced diagnostic software and specialist tooling
* Ensuring all work meets professional and manufacturer standards
* Maintaining a safe, clean, and organised working environment
* Keeping up to date with modern automotive technology, including hybrid and EV systems
What You Bring
* NVQ Level 2/3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance
* Strong background in diagnostics, servicing, and mechanical repairs
* Experience with German brands or VAG vehicles preferred
* Knowledge of hybrid/EV systems, or willingness to train
* Full UK driving licence
* Positive attitude, attention to detail, and a team-focused approach
* Experience with supercars is a bonus but not required
