Overview
We are looking for freelance Domestic Energy Assessors throughout the UK who are qualified to create Energy Performance Certificates and are seeking additional ad hoc work.
What Viewber Offers
* Flexibility: Work is offered on a freelance basis and appointment invitations can be accepted or rejected as you see fit.
* Payment: £62.00 per appointment (including lodgement fee), based on a property with a maximum of 6 bedrooms.
* Nationwide presence: Apply from anywhere in the U.K. Sign up preferences include the maximum miles you are comfortable traveling, with appointments offered within that radius.
What You’ll Need
* Excellent communication skills
* Punctuality, reliability, and confidence working independently
* Fluency in English, both verbal and written
* A basic DBS, Disclosure Scotland, or AccessNI certificate dated within the last 3 years
* Valid Public Liability Insurance and Professional Indemnity Insurance
* A valid Assessor ID
