Maintenance Technician Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technicianto join our engineering team. This role involves the mechanical and electrical assembly of high-precision machines. You will work closely with a team of experienced engineers, fitters, and wiremen to build complete systems from component level to finished product.
Maintenance Technician Key Responsibilities
* Assemble mechanical and electrical components for precision machines.
* Perform bench fitting and mechanical assembly tasks.
* Make minor adjustments to components using lathes, milling machines, and surface grinders.
* Assemble pneumatic systems and interpret pneumatic schematics.
* Conduct fault finding across electrical and mechanical systems.
* Read and work from detailed engineering drawings and general assembly schematics.
* Carry out electrical panel wiring and interpret electrical/electronic diagrams.
