🏡 The Role
As a 3–4 PQE Real Estate Solicitor, you’ll:
* Manage sales, purchases, and estate management within the rural and agricultural sector.
* Advise on complex land matters including development options, promotion agreements, rights of way, easements, agricultural tenancies, and minerals.
* Support clients on renewable energy lettings to estate land.
* Work alongside high-net-worth individuals, estate clients, and the broader Private Client team to deliver on commercial and succession planning issues.
👤 About You
You are a solicitor with:
* 3–4 PQE in Real Estate, including solid experience in rural/agricultural property.
* Strong knowledge of land development, agricultural tenancies, mineral rights, and renewable energy leases.
* Excellent technical accuracy and strategic thinking—mirroring the firm’s “down-to-earth approach underpinned by excellent legal knowledge and careful strategic thinking”.
* Outstanding client-care skills and an ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships.
* A commercially aware mindset and a proactive, solutions-driven approach.
