Key Duties
Drive new business and deliver a full sales cycle to NHS; industry-specific training will be provided if needed. Build relationships within the hospital environment. Provide a professional and intuitive service to all clients. Territory management involves developing relationships and commercial strategies both autonomously and alongside sales peers, to develop business, maintain existing accounts, and grow new income streams. You will be continually supported by fellow sales professionals, management, and internal sources including training and market intelligence.
Package and Benefits
Year one earnings £50-60k, including a salary of £40k plus a percentage of sales. Uncapped bonus on all sales with quarterly and annual overachievement. Fully expensed company van.
Key Skills, Qualifications, and Client Requirements
Experience in capital sales within NHS, working with capital equipment. Proven track record of delivering sales and growth. Sufficient ownership skills and ability to drive sales in the territory.
