What You’ll Do
* As a Room Attendant, you'll enjoy your work and take pride in delighting our guests: seamless service, discretion, intuition, and flexibility during the day. This includes eye for detail, thoroughness, and hygiene to ensure our guests receive the best experience.
* Fulfill special requests from guests, including special set-ups, additional supplies, and celebrations, as a standard part of the role.
* The operational hours are shift-based and may be subject to change.
What You’ll Bring
Essential Skills and Experience
* Attention to Detail – you notice small things and keep spaces clean and tidy.
* Good Communication – you understand instructions and ask questions if unsure.
* Time Management – you work quickly to finish all rooms on time.
* Energetic – you are comfortable with moving around, lifting, and being on your feet for most of the day.
* Teamwork – you work well with other staff and help when needed.
Preferred Skills
* Previous Experience – if you have worked as a room attendant in a 5-star hotel before.
* Customer Service – you are polite and friendly with guests.
* Organizational Skills – you keep track of supplies and keep spaces in good order.
