We are seeking a hardworking, talented, and experienced individual to join our sales team at Albert’s Schloss Liverpool as a Reservations Manager.
What you’ll be doing
* Lead reactive incoming business via the website, phone, and Outlook.
* Support the Sales Manager by handling large event enquiries for corporate business.
* Manage incoming phone calls efficiently.
* Increase SPH on confirmed bookings through upselling packages, pre-orders, and bolt-ons.
* Organise each booking meticulously, considering allocations, pre-orders, run sheet notes, and all relevant information for smooth handover to the operations team.
* Support with seasonal corporate showcases alongside the Sales Manager.
* Assist with agency and corporate venue FAM trips.
* Work evening and weekend shifts as required, collaborating with the full Albert’s Schloss team.
Who we need
* Previous experience in a senior sales role is essential.
* Experience in B2B and corporate agency account management.
* A passion for hospitality and a genuine desire to go above and beyond.
* Organised and computer literate.
* Excellent communication and written skills.
* Experience with Collins booking system.
* Exceptional phone manner.
