Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Property Manager - Lettings role based in Edinburgh. The role involves overseeing the day-to-day management of residential letting properties, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining properties to high standards. Key responsibilities include liaising with landlords and tenants, coordinating property maintenance and inspections, arranging tenancy agreements, and managing rental payments. Collaboration with other team members and external contractors will be integral to ensuring excellent service delivery for clients.
Qualifications
Experience in property management, residential lettings, and knowledge of property regulations.
Strong communication skills for liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors.
Organizational skills to manage property portfolios, rental payments, and maintenance schedules efficiently.
Proficiency in administrative tasks, including preparing tenancy agreements and records management.
Relevant certifications or training in property management, such as memberships in professional organisations, is advantageous.
Ability to work on-site and manage properties with professionalism and attention to detail.
Customer service orientation and problem-solving skills to ensure client satisfaction.
Previous experience in the property sector is preferred, alongside proficiency in property management software.
