Location: Milton Keynes / Hybrid
Salary: £60,000 - £70,000, depending on experience
Hours: 37.5
Contract Type: Permanent
You care about privacy — not just compliance. You understand that doing it right means building systems that are respectful, secure and seamless. You're ready to help organisations turn that into reality.
As a Senior Privacy Engineer, you'll lead the technical implementation of solutions like OneTrust and Transcend. You’ll translate complex privacy requirements into user-focused, scalable code, collaborating closely with engineers, developers and marketing teams to get it right.
This is a varied role. One day you might be implementing a consent banner or debugging a JavaScript tracking issue. The next, you’ll be mapping data flows across platforms or helping client teams improve how they manage personal data.
You’ll also contribute to developing our wider privacy engineering offer — refining how we deliver, collaborate and innovate.
To succeed, you’ll need a solid technical foundation and proven experience deploying privacy-enhancing technologies such as OneTrust UCPM or Transcend Consent. You’ll be confident with JavaScript, APIs, SDKs and tag managers, and equally comfortable in agile, client-facing environments. What matters most is your ability to turn legal and technical requirements into real-world, effective solutions.
You’ll be part of a collaborative and ambitious team that values curiosity, clear thinking and integrity. You'll have the chance to grow your skills while helping clients protect their customers and earn their trust.
We offer a flexible benefits package including generous holiday allowance, salary sacrifice pension, private health scheme and electric car scheme.
This is a full-time, permanent role, offered on a hybrid basis. We’d ideally like you to work from our Milton Keynes office three days a week.
As part of our selection process, you’ll complete a few job-specific questions at application stage. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to a two-stage interview, including a technical task and review of prior implementation work. Interviews will take place in person at our Milton Keynes office and are planned to take place from 11 August 2025.
We’re committed to building a diverse, inclusive workplace and welcome applications from all backgrounds. If you require any adjustments or accommodations during the recruitment process, please let us know.
Please note: You’ll need to provide evidence of your right to work in the UK, as we’re not able to offer visa sponsorship. For high volumes of applications we reserve the right to close the vacancy earlier than listed.
