A small, prestigious international bank is seeking a ‘hands-on’ manager for its retail banking operations area.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Managing a team, processing all retail banking and cashiering for the London branch, and providing customer service support to Relationship Managers regarding HNWI and private banking.
2. Processing payments and treasury settlements.
3. Ensuring Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) are up to date.
Your experience must include:
1. Extensive, proven, and relevant retail banking, SWIFT payments, and customer service experience gained in banking.
2. Strong, proven staff management skills.
3. Excellent communication and presentation skills gained in front-line customer service.
4. The ability to work well under pressure, show initiative, and possess good problem-solving skills.
Please note that this role requires working 5 days a week in the London office.
