Qualifications
* Qualification in make‑up artistry/previous retail make‑up experience preferred; we welcome applicants with amateur level experience who demonstrate high creative and technical expertise.
* All applicants must be able to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
* Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast‑paced environment.
* Previous experience with retail point‑of‑sale software.
* Proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to interview.
Responsibilities and Tasks
* Achieve the targets set by the Company for items per transaction, average sale and mix of business.
* Deliver highest levels of service by following the Service Checklist to ensure every customer is provided with a fragrance experience that amazes.
* Ensure the Three Steps of Service and Our Mission are adhered to at all times.
* Ensure team executes the Jo Malone service experience with every customer.
* Coach stylists where necessary and highlight opportunities.
* Execute events according to guidelines as directed by Assistant Manager, Boutique Manager, Senior Stylist, Sales & Education Executive, Education Executive or Education Ambassador; strive to achieve and exceed event targets.
* Assist daily in stock and hygiene supplies replenishment and maintain appropriate levels; assist in proper rotation of stock.
* Maintain a tidy stock room and report discrepancies or issues to Store Manager; communicate low stock and out of stocks to Boutique Manager.
* Active participation in cleaning display units, tools and testers during day and night; manage Tasting Bar, Wet Test Area and Hot Towel Warmers; keep fragrance arc, discovery table and tasting bar in proper order.
* Maintain proper placement and condition of merchandise; inform management of store maintenance or health and safety issues.
* Show excellent standards of time‑keeping and attendance; liaise between store management and team members; set store goals and incentives; monitor team to aid achievement of all goals.
* Undertake specific tasks from Boutique Manager, including administrative paperwork, Jo Malone services, and inventory counts; follow procedures for cash handling, security, and leave requests.
* Maintain personal grooming to standards set by the Company.
* Use only Jo Malone London fragrance products during working hours; maintain hygiene and image at counter by cleaning counters, tester stands and displays.
* Any other duties as specified by Boutique Manager, Assistant Manager, Senior Stylist and Sales & Education Executive.
