Service Advisor Location: Epsom Salary: £38,000 basic bonus Working Hours: 45.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday 8:00am–6:00pm (one late finish to 6:30pm per week) Saturdays 8:00am–2:00pm on a rota (paid as overtime) Ref: 30605 We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor to join a prestigious main dealership in Epsom. This role is ideal for someone with a strong automotive aftersales background who enjoys delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring the workshop operates efficiently. Service Advisor Company Benefits Overtime paid for Saturday rota Opportunity to work with a premium dealership Ongoing training and career development Supportive and professional working environment Service Advisor Role Welcome customers and manage their vehicle journey from check-in through to collection Liaise with the workshop to maximise efficiency and ensure work is completed on schedule Keep customers updated on vehicle progress, repairs and associated costs Promote aftersales products, accessories and service campaigns where appropriate Raise and process repair orders accurately using the dealership management system Ensure invoices and workshop documentation are completed correctly and on time Coordinate collection and delivery schedules to meet customer expectations Manage warranty paperwork and subcontracted repairs in line with manufacturer standards Service Advisor Requirements Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the automotive industry Experience using Kerridge/Keyloop DMS is highly desirable Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail Outstanding communication and customer service abilities Ability to work effectively in a busy, fast-paced environment GCSE Maths (Grade 4/C or above or equivalent) Full UK Driving Licence Please note all applications will be handled confidentially.
