Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) based in Greater London, with some work-from-home flexibility. The CTO will oversee the technological direction of, manage the development and deployment of the MVP platform, and ensure the alignment of technological resources with the organization's strategic goals. Daily tasks include supervising the tech team, collaborating with other departments, handling IT infrastructure, ensuring data security, and staying updated with emerging technologies. The CTO will also play a crucial role in fundraising efforts, developing strategic partnerships, and representing the technology perspective in executive decisions.
Qualifications
* Experience in leading technology teams and managing large-scale technology projects
* Proficiency in software development, system architecture, and cloud computing
* Excellent understanding of data security and privacy protocols
* Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setup
* Experience in fundraising and developing strategic partnerships is a plus
* Passion for mental health care and nature-based therapeutic programs is highly valued
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
