About the Role
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a confident and customer-focused Call Centre Advisor to join their team on a temporary basis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with customers, has excellent communication skills, and can quickly identify the nature of a call to ensure it is directed appropriately.
Key Responsibilities:
o Answer incoming calls in a professional and friendly manner
o Gather accurate and relevant information from callers
o Record call details clearly and efficiently
o Identify calls that fall outside the teams remit and provide appropriate signposting to the correct department or service
o Maintain high levels of customer service at all times
o Work collaboratively with colleagues to support smooth call handling and customer experience
