Job Title: Cryptography Support Analyst Contract Type: 1 X 12 Month Fixed Term Contract & 1 X 5 Month Fixed Term Contract Function: CISO Salary: From £28500 & £33250 (London) excellent benefits Location: Hybrid working/Flexible across our key sites Closing Date: 1 May 2026 How you’ll make a difference The Cryptography Support Analyst is responsible for providing support and guidance to internal stakeholders on all matter’s cryptography related, whether it is ensuring new projects are compliant with our Standards, or helping application owners resolve certificate and key management related issues. The key stakeholders for the Cryptography Support Analyst are IT Application owners across Technology, and you will make a difference in your role by ensuring the Banks services remain stable and secure. This role will involve 24/7 support and call out which is rotated within the team. What you’ll bring Preferably educated to a degree level or above in an Information Security related discipline or equivalent work experience or certifications such as CISSP, S or equivalent will be advantageous. Have experience across the following: Cryptography / PKI / HSMs / Networking. Experience working with ServiceNow, DigiCert, Qualys, AWS, Azure, Office products, SharePoint, Confluence, and JIRA. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively when investigating alerts, identifying threats, and resolving security incidents. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Knowledge of standards & frameworks such as NIST, PCI, FIPS and industry best practices. Selection process There will likely be a 30-minute informal, exploratory chat with the Hiring Manager followed by a structured interview via Teams with the Hiring Manager plus another member of the team.
