About the Role
We’re looking for a talented and hard-working Graphics Designer with a marketing focus to join our team at Imaging Solutions. In this role, you’ll create engaging visual content to support a wide range of marketing and design initiatives.
Your primary focus will be designing marketing collateral and supporting marketing events. This includes developing catalogues, flyers, banners, and signage, and coordinating the production and distribution process. You’ll work closely with management and external suppliers, including events teams, to ensure high-quality print and display outcomes.
You’ll also contribute to our Virtual Environments brand by producing creative artwork for our patient relaxation product line, and support our digital marketing channels with effective, visually compelling assets.
Critically, you will help project and communicate the Imaging Solutions brand, vision, and culture, visually expressing who we are and what we stand for across every touch-point. This role suits someone who takes pride in their work, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is ready to roll up their sleeves as part of a hands-on, creative team.
This role is a full-time role based on-site at our headquarters in Park Ridge, QLD. Competitive salary available based on skills and experience.
Required Experience
* Proven experience in a graphic design role with a focus on marketing and brand communication.
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
* Demonstrated ability to design print collateral such as catalogues, brochures, signage, and promotional materials.
* Familiarity with creating digital assets for web, email campaigns, and social media platforms.
* Experience managing print production workflows, including liaising with suppliers and coordinating timelines.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams and departments.
Optional Experience
* Tertiary qualification in Design, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
* Experience with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
* Photography skills for content creation, campaigns, or product representation.
* Understanding of brand development and ability to work within a defined visual identity system.
* Experience contributing to trade shows, exhibitions, or product launches, including large-format display design.
