Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and commercially driven Account Manager to manage a portfolio of B2B accounts while driving new business opportunities across the fitness, wellness, and Pilates sectors. This role combines relationship management, business development, and operational support to ensure our partners receive exceptional service and our sales administration team is fully supported.
As part of a world‑leading Pilates and fitness company, you will play a key role in strengthening our market presence, growing revenue, and delivering an outstanding experience to studios, gyms, retailers, distributors, and other target customer groups.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management
* Manage, nurture, and grow a portfolio of B2B accounts across the UK and European markets.
* Build strong, long‑term relationships with studio owners, fitness operators, retailers, and corporate partners.
* Conduct regular account reviews, identify growth opportunities, and act as the primary point of contact for all commercial needs.
* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely communication, attention to detail, and a consultative selling approach.
Business Development
* Identify, research, and pursue new B2B opportunities across Pilates, fitness, yoga, sports and other relevant distributor channels.
* Attend trade shows and customer visits to promote products and build the sales pipeline – after first 3M product and systems training is completed.
* Prepare proposals, quotes, and presentations tailored to client requirements.
* Achieve agreed sales targets, KPIs, and growth objectives.
Sales Operations & Admin Support
* Work closely with the sales administration team to ensure smooth order processing, stock coordination, and customer support.
* Maintain eCommerce back‑office, supporting brand presence on significant 3P partner sites.
Skills & Experience Required
* Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development (fitness/wellness industry experience a bonus).
* Strong relationship‑building and communication skills with a customer‑centric mindset.
* Confident presenting to clients and handling negotiations.
* Microsoft and CRM familiarity

Qualifications & Experience
* Completion of secondary school - GCSE Digital Technology / IT
* 1+ years of experience in account management and B2B
* Proficient in MS Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Business Central)
* Background in fitness and wellness an asset
