Marketing Manager – Luxury Brand Portfolio
£35,000 – £40,000 | Hybrid (Leeds-based)
Are you a strategic, creative marketer ready to take the lead for a fast-growing luxury brand business?
We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to shape and drive the marketing strategy for a premium distribution company representing exclusive international brands across the UK & Ireland.
This is a hands-on, varied role where you’ll balance creativity with commercial impact - delivering standout campaigns, growing digital presence, and strengthening brand partnerships.
What you’ll do:
* Lead and execute the annual marketing strategy across digital, social, PR, and events.
* Manage brand positioning and storytelling across all channels.
* Oversee creative development and product launch campaigns.
* Build and nurture relationships with key partners and collaborators.
* Track performance and deliver measurable ROI.
What we’re looking for:
* 5+ years’ experience in marketing — ideally within luxury, lifestyle, or premium consumer brands .
* Strong background in brand management and digital marketing.
* Confident managing agencies, budgets, and creative projects.
* A balance of creativity, commercial thinking, and analytical skill.
* A genuine passion for high-end brands and exceptional customer experience.
You’ll report directly to the CEO, manage a small digital team, and have the freedom to make your mark in a collaborative, ambitious environment.
Location: Hybrid – Leeds area
Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 depending on experience
