Key Responsibilities of the Systems Configuration Analyst: - Analyse and document the configuration of existing systems, particularly in relation to Variable Message Signage. - Develop processes and tools for managing systems configuration data. - Collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders, maintaining credible relationships and providing high-level advice and support. - Assist in the transition of existing configurations into new systems, contributing to the broader systems transformation project. - Support the ongoing management of the supply chain in delivering the Traffic Scotland System and associated services. Skills and Experience of the Systems Configuration Analyst: - Proven experience in analysing, capturing, and presenting complex information from multiple sources. - Expertise in creating processes and tools for managing systems configuration data. - Strong track record of working with various stakeholders and providing senior-level advice and support. - Experience in contract management and delivering priorities in a complex, dynamic environment with a flexible team-oriented approach.
