Specsavers, a household name and high‑street staple, is looking for a Call Centre and Administrative Assistant for Kingston Hearcare. The role supports the store with a range of hearcare administration tasks including triage, answering calls and general queries, updating and filing records, managing appointments, banking, and repairs to hearing aids.

Requirements
* Excellent administration and organisational skills
* Outstanding customer service approach, able to provide support and reassurance to customers via email and on the phone
* Team player with a positive can‑do attitude
* High level of interpersonal skills with the ability to build working relationships with a wide range of people
* Previous experience in an audiology or optics environment desirable but not required
