We are looking for a versatile, hands-on individual to join us in a dual role covering Housekeeping and Breakfast Preparation. This position requires someone with great attention to detail, energy, and a positive approach to hospitality.
Housekeeping Responsibilities
* Clean and prepare guest rooms, public areas, and other designated spaces to the highest standards.
* Ensure all areas are sanitised, stocked, and ready for guest use.
* Report maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly to management.
* Assist with laundry services, ensuring linens are clean, pressed, and well-presented.
* Manage cleaning supplies and equipment in an organised and efficient manner.
* Provide excellent customer service, responding to guest requests professionally and promptly.
Breakfast Responsibilities
* Prepare and cook a simple, pre-ordered English breakfast for up to 20 covers over a 2-hour period (approximately twice a week).
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the breakfast kitchen, ensuring all supplies are stocked.
* Follow catering protocols and hygiene standards to deliver consistent quality.
Qualifications & Skills
* Previous hotel or hospitality experience is preferred.
* Kitchen experience is desirable.
* Food Hygiene Level 2 (training can be provided if not yet obtained).
* Experience in housekeeping or janitorial roles advantageous.
* Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational and time-management skills.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* A positive, can-do attitude and a genuine commitment to high standards of service.
